Background  

Joseph Morgan has stepped into his role as agent by moving outside traditional protocols and ways of thinking. He believes that a willingness to adopt new approaches is crucial to working within this fast-changing industry.

Planning for the agency, with its uniquely structured direct approach, first began in the years he and his wife were residing on a tropical island in the South pacific. It was during this period that they became acquainted with Hollywood producer, Paul Mason.
